Job specifications:
Experience: 4-6 years
Timing: 12 PM – 8 PM
Location: On-site, Phase 8, DHA, Lahore
What you will be working on:
HR Operations and Compliance
- Maintain accurate records such as employee contracts personal files
NDAs and attendance - Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
- Coordinate with payroll for timely and accurate compensation and
benefits - Prepare regular reports on key HR metrics
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Lead onboarding and offboarding processes
- Conduct inductions confirmation check ins and exit interviews
- Assist with recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives
Performance and Development
- Implement and manage the performance review system
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development
activities
Employee Relations and Culture
- Address grievances and resolve workplace issues professionally
- Plan and organize internal events to promote employee engagement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required Master’s preferred in HR Business or related field
- 4 to 6 years of hands on HR experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment
- Sound knowledge of HR best practices and employment regulations
- Self motivated organized and proactive
